Secure Poultry Supply Plan

The Secure Poultry Supply (SPS) Plan for Continuity of Business provides guidelines for permitting movement of poultry and poultry products from non-infected operations in a High Pathogenicity Avian Influenza (HPAI) Control Area while effectively managing the risk of virus spread.
